Traditional retirement planning and education focus primarily on income adequacy. Financial readiness is a critical piece of the retirement puzzle, but money alone doesn’t guarantee a successful retirement.

Research from the Retirement Coaches Association revealed a gap between pre-retiree expectations and the actual experience of retirees. Financial advisors, employers, and sponsors of workplace retirement plans are uniquely positioned to close that gap.
Join this webinar to learn how a more holistic approach to retirement planning can increase retirement readiness and help employees make the most of their next chapter. The webinar will discuss how non-financial aspects of retirement readiness like physical and mental health, social connections, home and location, and lifestyle planning complement a solid financial plan.

The presentation will cover the four steps in the retirement lifestyle planning process, and how the steps work together to help employees confidently transition to a retirement filled with purpose and connection. The session will also offer suggestions on ways employers and financial advisors can expand conversations around retirement readiness to set people up for success in their next chapter.
